Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as AIAG-VDA Module Administrator
2.Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3.Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4.Click on Design VDA and Failure page
5.Right Click on Cause and Select Risk
6.Select the Prventive/Detective Control from list (Predefined OCC/DET value from main2)
7.Observe the result

1. Predefined value Occurrence and Detection are not updated after adding a segment or operation from the Process VDA and opening the Design Failure Page.
2. Design and Process: Risk Edit Pop-up window (Preventive/Detective) does not update the Predefined value
