4.Add a function and Requirement against the allocated child.
5.Add a second function branch.
6.Enter a Function.
7.Try to add a Requirement.

Description
In the technical safety document, when adding a second or subsequent function branch and entering a value in the Function column, an alert keeps appearing that says 'please enter technical function' if we try to add a requirement, until the page is manually refreshed.
