While creating a planned audit after publishing the docuemnt not able view the audit details.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin
2)click on administrator tab
3)click on audit cycle
4)click on new
5)select start date and end date
6)enter cycle name
7)click on planned audit
8)fill in all the mandatory fields in planned audit screen
9)click on publish
10)observe the screen after publish.

Description

while creating a planned audit for 1 week for the past weeks not able to view the created planned audit details.
note: start date and end date calendar displays weeks starts from Tue it should display form Monday.
