Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select Requirement Document
3.Select the Focus Element.
4.Go to functions master table , delete one of the functions which has atleast a Requirement.
5.Go to Requirement document.
6.Right click on the table header and create a Design function Usage column.
7.Save the format.
8.Please observe.

Description

An alignment issue occurs when inserting the 'Design Function Usage' column into the Requirement document if there are empty 'Function' columns associated with the requirements.
-if we delete a function from Functions master table, we can see an empty function branch with requirements.
