Corrective action status displays 500 error when searched for specific date in the end date field.

Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to the module as admin/auditor/auditee
2)click on corrective action status
3)click on show filter
4)click on the end date calendar
5)search for the existing end date
6)click on apply filter
7)observe the screen.

Description

when tried searching for the end date in corrective action status displays 500 error and for both start date and end date calendar button displays Dyn-g instead of Today.
