closedRequirements Document - After the 'Requirement Type Group by' click on 'Select' from the drop-down and scroll down, the Function and Requirement are not loading after the 13th record, after refreshing it's working fine.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Select the Requirement Type from the Group by drop-down.
5. Click on the 'Select' from the group by drop-down and scroll down.
6. Observe the result form the '14th' record the VOC is not loading.
