closedRequirements Document - Added the Requirement Image column and the Requirement Description column. After saving the format, both columns behave differently: the text column adds the image and the image column adds the text.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Requirement Image column and save the format.
5. Add the Requirement Description column and update the format.
6. Click on the Requirement Description column.
