SP 11.2.0.16 Patches

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products Tab and select Design VDA Menu.
3. select the Failure Analysis menu
4. Select a Production Item
5. Add Flow down failure
6. Right click on the Flow down failure cause
7. Add Risk and optimization
8. Right click on Risk/Optimization (Preventive/Detective) in the tree view
9. Select Edit
10. Observe the result (Existing value and AP value not displayed)
