Requirements - Searched for the Requirement and deleted it by clicking on the 'Select All' checkbox and click on 'Delete button', but after refreshing, all the Requirements were deleted.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements.
3. Select the PI.
4. Search for the Requirement.
5. Click the Select All check box on the header.
6. Delete the Requirement.

Description

Requirements -Searched for the Requirement and deleted it by clicking on the 'Select All' checkbox and click on 'Delete button', but after refreshing, all the Requirements were deleted.
