Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD/FST
2.Select Requirement document
3.Select a Focus Element
4.Add a voc Record
5.Add a function and Create 2 Requirement branches under the same function.
6.For the first branch allocate 2 element.
7.For the second branch allocate 1 element
8.Please observe.

Description

If a function has multiple requirement branches, and the first branch has allocations, when we allocate for the second requirement branch, allocations from the first branch carry forward. After refreshing, everything appears normal.
