Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Goto Docpro
3.Goto Documents tab->select Documents TOC
4.Right click on the document number
5.Select Change request and click deletion to continue
6.Shows error-Deletion not working for both Approval & Auto Approval
