closedItem Boundaries- After opening Add/Remove Elements pop up from the Item Boundaries page ,I accessed other pages from the menu and able to see the tree structure at the bottom of all the pages in FST

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST
2.Select Item Boundaries from the menu.
3.Select the Focus Element.
4.Click on 'Add/Remove Element' Button.
5.Select another menu without closing the pop up.
6.Please scroll down at the bottom of the new page.
7.Please observe.
