Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Go to VOC page.
3.Select the focus element.
4.Add a VOC branch with two function branches.
5.For the first function branch just add a function(no requirements)
6.For the second function branch , just add a function , requirement and a flowdown too.
7.Send the Second function branch for review.
8.Perform the Group by action with 'Requirements Reviewed'
9.Please observe the result.

Description

1)If there is a Function branch without a requirement,
along with another Function branch that has at least one Flow down and is in any of the Under Review, Reviewed, or Approved status, the group-by result of the VOC is not optimal. Additionally, the function under the Reviewed status displays without any cell borders.

2)An alignment issue occurs while performing a group by operation with 'Requirement Reviewed', if there are flow-downs associated with a function which is in any of the Under Review, Reviewed, or Approved status , that also has multiple requirements.
