1.Log into FST
2.Go to FSR page.
3.Add a function branch without any function or requirement data.
4.Allocate nonstandard ASIL value to any of the elements.
5.Please observe the page.

Description
When attempting to allocate to an element lacking a value in the Requirement column or in Function, the system fails to trigger any alerts, and the FSR page continues to load indefinitely.
1.It happens when we add a function branch, and try to allocate to child - without function and requirement
2.It happens when we have a function and Requirement, add a requirement branch without a value and try to allocate to a child.
3.Able to see a decompose, add function and delete context menu while clicking on an empty function branch.
