Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the same subcategory for multiple categories.
5. Drag and drop the subcategory under one category.
6. Add the & symbol for the category.

Description

1. Added the same subcategory for all the categories and dragged and dropped it under one category, but the system did not throw an alert.
2. Added the (&) symbol in the category. After refreshing and adding some categories, I faced alignment issues and was unable to create a new category.
3. After dragging and dropping the subcategory, able to drag and drop the '(Double-click here to add text)' from other categories as well.
