Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the symbol for the Categories.
5. Add the same Cause for multiple categories.
6. Click on the Sort icon and Delete the Cause.

Description

1. Added the Symbols in the 'Category', the Toggle is OFF and unable to add the 'subcategories'.
2. After sorting OFF the toggle and deleting the 'Cause', the cause is deleted from the other categories also.
