"Use Site Default" in Level PDF Preference is Not Working in CORPORATE

Steps To Reproduce:

Step1:
1.Navigate to Setup - Suite Setup - Doc Pro Setup - Folder Management - Select a Level.
2.Click on Level PDF Preference
3.Enable the Restricted View, Include Template, Enhanced Printing Checkboxes and Select a Template (Eg:Parker Template) from Dropdown.
4.Click on Save.

Step2:
1.In Doc Pro Setup, Select Site PDF Preference
2.By Default Site PDF Preference will be as "Restricted View" & "Enhanced Printing" Enabled and "Include Template" Disabled.
3.Template will be as "Suite Default"

Step3:
1.Navigate to Setup - Suite Setup - Doc Pro Setup - Folder Management - Select a Level.
2.Click on Level PDF Preference
3.Click on "Use Site Default" and Save.
After clicking Use Site Default, PDF Preference will be copied to the Level as Follows, "Restricted View" & "Enhanced Printing" Enabled and "Include Template" Disabled + Suite Default Template

Description

"Use Site Default" in Level PDF Preference is Not Working in CORPORATE. If we click on Use Site Default, PDF Preferences from Site PDF Preference will get copied to the Level. But it's Not Working in Corporate Site.
Note: In Multisite (Chennai) its Working as Expected.
