Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to Safety goals page
3.Select a Focus element
4.Add a non standard ASIL safety goal.
5.Go to FSR page.
6.Add a Function and Requirement against a non standard ASIL safety goal.
7.Assign a non standard ASIL first for a child.
8.Try to allocate a standard ASIL to child and observe.
9.edit the Requirement of the same function .
10.Retry to allocate a standard ASIL and observe.

Description

Able to allocate a standard ASIL against a function and requirement of a Nonstandard ASIL safety Goal .

IF we add a function and Requirement against a non standard safety goal and try to allocate a standard ASIL by right clicking on the Element cell - it just refreshes the page, but nothing populates.
But if we update the existing Requirement and try again, we can see a standard ASIL value populated in the cells
