Architectural Block Diagram: Able to Edit the Element Text eventhough this functionality is disabled

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select Block diagram
3.Select the focus element
4.Select an element
5.Choose Text from the Edit box.
6.Update the name and observe the Block diagram.
7.Refresh the page and observe.

Description

Edit Element 'Text' is a disabled feature but able to see the updated value in the diagram until we refresh the page.
