Level PDF Preference- Restrict PDF in the Module options not working as expected concern

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login Docpro as Admin
2.Goto Folder mmngt->click Level Pdf Preference
3.Enable Restricted view-Uncheck
Include Template-Check In
Enhanced Printing-Check In
4.Select the Docpro & AquaPro in the Modules to restrict PDF
5.Click Save
6.Upload Document from Docpro & AquaPro to the same Folder
7.Goto TOC
8.Click on the Document Number
6.Issue 1: Docpro Documents shows as Please contact Administrator error
Issue 2: Aquapro documents are opening instead of downloading

Description

Level PDF Preference- Uncheck Enable Restricted View and Restrict PDF in the Module options,
Issue1 -On Clicking Document number it shows Contact Admin error for Docpro documents and
Issue2 -Aquapro documents are opening instead the documents should get downloaded when clicking the Document number
