1.Login into EWQIMS
2.initiate ECR Form change request
3.Enter required data
4.publish the form and approve it
5.login as responsible person
6.open action item from action management
7.complete the action item by atttaching attachment
8.navigate to change request status page
9.open change request
10.observe current revision number section
