Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select FSR page from the Functional safety concepts.
3.Select a PI and Focus element.
4.Allocate an ASIL to a child
5.Select Technical Safety Concepts menu and open TSR
6.Try to add a function and Requirement
7.Please observe
8.Once the id populates, refresh the page by clicking Refresh icon
9.Please observe the data entered.

Description

1. It's taking more than 30 seconds to populate the TSR requirement Id.
2. Once it populates, and if we click the Refresh icon, the data vanishes.
