Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Add one function and two requirements and allocate elements.
4. Delete one Requirement from the Requirements.
5. Select the VOC and send that VOC for review.

Description

1. For one Function, added two Requirements and allocated elements. After deleting one Requirement from the 'Requirements', the Flow up indicator was not removed from the VOC.
2. For one Function, added two Requirements and deleted one from the 'Requirements'. After sending the VOC for review, the status of the blank Requirement changes to 'Under Review'.
3. For one Function, added two Requirements and deleted one from the 'Requirements'. While sending the VOC for review, the 'OK' button on the 'Add Reviewers' popup is not clickable.
4. For one Function, added two Requirements and deleted one from the 'Requirements'. After sending the VOC for review, added a Requirement to the blank branch. After refreshing, the status of the newly added Requirement changed to 'Under Review'.
