On Clicking Document Number, Document is Not Downloaded even after Disabling the "Enable Enhanced Printing" in Level PDF Preference.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Navigate to Setup - Suite Setup - Doc Pro Setup
2.Click on Folder Management - Select a Level
3.Click on Level PDF Preference
4.Uncheck the "Enable Enhanced Printing" Checkbox.
5.Click on Save.
6.Upload a New Document in the Level.

1.Navigate to Documents Menu
2.Select the Level
3.Right click on the Document Number Link, Print PDF option will not show - PASS
4.Click on the Document Number Link - Document should be Downloaded - FAIL (Document is showing in the Page instead of Downloading)
5.Right click on Document Number Link - Select Revision History Summary - "Print" icon should not show - FAIL

Description

If "Enable Enhanced Printing" is Disabled in PDF Preference, then while clicking the Document Number link in TOC, Document should be Downloaded. But its Allowing to view the Document.
Also, In Revision History Summary, Print Icon should not show.
