Steps To Reproduce:
1.Click on Setup - Suite Setup - Doc Pro Setup
2.Click on Document Managment
3.Select the Level
4.Right Click on the level - Select Record History
5.Check the Status of the Documents by Expanding the Green icon on Every Rows.
Now Close the "Sub Menu" or "Document Management" Grid and Check the Status on the Same Documents.

Description
In Document Management - Record History - For All the Document Record History, Status showing as "Approved" while Expand the Row.
When there is No Expand Icon on the Rows, Then the Original Status of the Document Record History are showing Properly.
