Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST.
2.Go to FSR.
3.Add one Function and Requirement.
4.Try to decompose one function.
5.Add a function under the opened pop up functions window.
6.Select the function and click OK.
7.Observe the FSR page after Refresh.

Description
I am not able to decompose an FSR function. I added a function, but after refreshing, nothing displays under FSR. When reopening the decompose functions, the added function doesn’t display.
However, the function is getting added under the Functions Table and the VOC page.
