Records -->While Clicking on the Record Name Link to View the Attachment, Its Downloading in SWF Format.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Navigate to TOC
2.Click on a Level - Right click on Document Number
3.Click on Add Record
4.Add Records with Different File Formats.

Try to view the Attached Record in the Below places,
1.TOC- Right Click - Records
2.TOC - Click on Document Number - Document Information - Records
3.Documents Menu - Records

Except SVG and PNG File Formats, All the File Formats are Downloading in SWF Format.

Description

Click on the Record Name link in Below places with Different File Format and it Downloading in SWF Format.
1.TOC- Right Click - Records
2.TOC - Click on Document Number - Document Information - Records
3.Documents Menu - Records

Except SVG and PNG File Formats, All the File Formats are Downloading in SWF Format.
