Requirement Document-Search : I can click the ‘Requirement(s) Reviewed’ status column and view the Requirement review pop-up window, even though search has disabled all the buttons and actions.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Go to VOC page.
3.Search a requirement which is either under review status or Reviewed or approved status.
4Click on the Requirements reviewed column icon and please observe.
