Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to FSR
3.Try to add a function and requirement.
4.Observe the page after the refresh.
5.Go to VOC page and observe.

Description

1.Unable to add data to the FSR page for safety goals. Refresh is not working after each action.
Page refreshes after entering the Requirement only and when loads data vanishes.
2.When attempting to add requirements under FSR, they are being added for every VOC record.
