1)Login into EWIQMS Application
2)Select APQP Module
3)Create a Project with approval route
4)Login as Approver
5)Select the Document
6)Mention the Reason for rejection
7)Submit the document
8)Observe the result in Rejection mail

In the Project rejected, output document rejection and plan rejection the reason for rejection is not displayed after including the Reason tag in the customized mail also
