Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Doc pro module administrator
2. Click on New document draft
3. Select the information and map the viewer
4. Once the viewer reviewed the document
5. Requester can do the pending document draft
6. Click on Change request and enter the mandatory option
7. Click on Continue and to proceed
