Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Go to Requirements Document.
3.Select a Function branch with no function and no requirement along with other function branches.
4.Try to Delete the empty function branch and there is no option.
5.Please observe

Description

If there is an empty function branch along with other functions under the same description, there is no context menu available to delete the empty branch. There are instances where an empty function branch gets created from FSR and other sources.
