Custom 1 segment revision in folder settings -->TOC-->Draft-->Major and minor option is shown-->so if we click the minor, Revision becomes empty and disabled-->need to remove major, minor option

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as user
2.Go to folder management
3.set as Custom 1 segment revision
4.publish the document
5.Go to TOC
6.Click the draft option
7.Major and minor option is shown
8.if we click the minor, Revision becomes empty and disabled
