P Diagram - While dragging and dropping a subcategory from one category to another, the data gets vanished, and able to add the same subcategory multiple times for one category. (Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Add the categories.
4. Add the same subcategory for two categories.
5. Click and drag from one category to another.

Description

1. Added the same subcategory for the two categories click and drag that subcategory from one category to another, system throws an alert.
2. Again click and drag another subcategory from one category to another, some categories gets vanished.
