Steps To Reproduce:
1.Send one Requirement for Review
2.Go to Actions page
3.Click on the Pending Requirement Review tab.
4.Click on the Requirements document accordion.
5.Click on the functions column sort icon.
6.Navigate the horizontal scroll bar.
7.Please observe.

Description
Go to the pending Requirement Review tab and click the Requirements Document accordion, click on the sort keys of function header and navigate the horizontal scroll bar.
It will duplicate the requirement send for review.
