Description

i)TOC-->change request-->Revised the document
*With selecting effective date,click continue, undefined date format DDMMMYYYY alert shows
*Without selecting effective date,click continue, server error occurs
ii)Pending Document draft-->Not able to convert into document
iii)Reject resubmit request -->while resubmit, not able to proceed.
iv)Document due for review-->Actions-->Request for new revision is not working, it shows alert while clicking continue.
