Steps To Reproduce:

1.Observe the Document Management Widget
2.Right click on the Level which is in the Bottom of the Widget - Scroll Bar is not Showing.
3.Right click on the Level which is in the Top of the Widget - Scroll Bar is Showing Now.

Description

Document Management Widget - All the Right Click Options are Not Showing when we Right click on the Level which is in Bottom of Widget, Also Scroll Bar is not Showing to View All Right Click Options. If i Right Click on a Level which is in Top on the Widget, then the Scroll Bar is Showing.
