closedIMPCAT: AQUA Publish from APQP:Publish the aqua document which has approval for the selected level.now again try to publish the same document which is sent to approval it allows to publish and in APQP Deliverable info it shows Duplication.

Steps To Reproduce:
1)Login into EWQIMS Application
2)Select APQP Module
3)Open the Project
4)Select the Deliverable
5)Click on deliverable info
6)Set Approval route
7)Click on Aqua attacment
8)Publish the document
9)Now again try to publish the same document
10)observe the result in Deliverable info screen
