Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Set initially revision number as Custom (Segment 1 Major:1)
2.Upload a document
3.Change the revision number settings to Custom (Segment 2 Major:A minor:1)
4.Goto Toc->Right click on the document
5.Click Change request
6.Do the revision for 2 times
7.Then go for Third time change request
8.Observe the Revision number
9.Shows C.1 in Major instead of C.2
