1.Login as supplier admin
2.Create a project with supplier as one of the element in the charter
3.Click on Add supplier
4.Select a supplier from the popup
5. Check for the behavior

Cannot add multiple supplier alert Scenario: When a supplier part is added and closed with out saving charter, then another user choose that part in a project it shows this alert
