Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc Pro
3.Click on actions
4.Select the pending requests tab
5.Select Reject option and enter the password
6.Click submit without entering the reject reason
7.Document is rejected
Reject reason should be a mandatory field
