Suggestion- When the revision number is set as Custom/Auto increment the revision field in the New document request page should be greyed out

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Goto Folder management->select the folder level
3.Set the revision number as Custom
4.In New document request, observe the revision field which is set in custom
5.The user can able to edit the revision field instead it should be greyed out

Description

When the revision number is set as Custom/Auto increment the revision field in the New document request page should be greyed out
-System should not allow the user to edit the Document number when set as auto increment (As discussed this concern is raised in Beta testing also)
