Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Select the Requirements Reviewed from the Group by.
5. Insert the Function or Requirement branch.
6. Send For a Review.
7. Delete the Requirement branch.

Description

1. Grouped by the Requirements Reviewed column and inserted a Requirement branch.
2. Grouped by the Requirements Reviewed column and inserted a Function branch.
3. Grouped by the Requirements Reviewed column and delete the Requirement branch.
4. Grouped by the Requirements Reviewed column and send for a review.

5. For one Function where two Requirements were added and one of them was reviewed, the Requirement in the 'Draft status' is not displayed after grouping.

Group by with Requirements Type or Asil facing the same issue.
