When the document is reverted and resubmitted from the Update document Comments it goes to the Pending request but the request date is not changing to the latest resubmitted date

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Goto New document request and upload a document for Approval
3.Login as Aopprover and Revert the document
4.Login as requestor->Goto Actions->Goto Update docuemnt comments
5.Click and open ->Attach the file and Click Continue and do resubmit
6.Now the document is resubmitted for approval and it gets listed under the Pending Request for Approval
7.The Request Date shows the previous date instead of latest re-request date
(As the reject resubmittion shows the latest request date )
