Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login EwQIMS as Doc pro admin
2. Set Common review cycle as April
3. Upload the document and publish the document
4. Click on the document due for review menu in action
5. Click on Review link and link the reviewers
6. Login as a reviewer and review the document
7. Again login as a Requester
8. Observe the document in Action
