Impact:Admin actions→Drafts are terminated and published as a document only when clicking cancel button in terminate conformation message and modifying the draft viewer.Due to this last document number is displayed wrongly in new doc req and new doc draft

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to ewqims
2.GO to Doc pro
3.Request a new draft (say doc number as D1)
4.Click on admin actions
5.Modify the requested draft
6.Click on modify button to view the viewers details of the draft
7.Click on terminate button
8.click cancel to the alert
9.Draft viewers are deleted
10.Click save
11.Draft viewers are terminated, so that draft itself terminated
12.CLick on new document draft/request
13.Last number shows the terminated doc number

Description

Impact:Admin actions→Drafts are terminated and published as a document only when clicking cancel button in terminate conformation message.Due to this last document number is displayed wrongly in new doc req and new doc draft

Due to this
Terminated drafts are showing in document management
Documents are having full access but not displayed in TOC
When clicking on doc name, Error occurs

Admin actions→When clicking cancel button in terminate conformation message, draft viewers are deleted(after saving the draft details, it shows the draft viewers as terminated )

Case 2:

Modify the pending doc draft
Remove all viewers
Add some viewers
Drafts are hidden

Case 3:

Modify the pending doc draft
save it without modifying anything
Draft is visible in document management

Case:4

Modify the pending doc draft
save it without modifying anything
Draft is visible in document management
Integrate the document,Error occurs

Case 5:

Modify the pending document draft
Add users
save
save it again
mail is generated as doc is created, but the document is not shown anywhere
