openDesign Effects are added with and without severity value, the "sev" column displays the assigned severity value instead of 10, but when refreshed, it is displayed as 10.

Steps To Reproduce:
Step 1: Open the DFMEA table
Step 2: Double-click on the “1. Failure Effects (FE)” column
Step 3: Select Design Effect and Add Design Effect with severity value (4)
Step 4: Right-click on the same branch and select Insert branch
Step 5: Select Design Effect and Add Design Effect with no severity value
Step 6: Observe the result in the “Sev” column, (The system displayed the Sev 4 instead of 10)
