When the draft reviewer comments with attachment for multiple times without refreshing the page ->the actions is getting vanished from the Draft request needing viewing & Auto refresh is not working for the commenting with attachment

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Docpro
3.Login as draft reviewer and Goto Actions->Draft request needing viewing
4.Click Reply
5.Comment with Attachment more than 1 time without refreshing the page
