1.Login as supplier user
2.Initiate MG change request form
3.Enter mandatory fields
4.observe CFT sign off section
5.click on submit to team button
6.login as SQE user
7.search for change request status menu

The reported issue has been fixed, but we are facing a different issue in another scenario (for multiple SQEs, default rights are not being applied to all users)
