Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as Doc pro module administrator
2. Goto customize email message in setup tab
3. Enable the annual review email option alone
4. Goto New document request and take the level which is already set in common review cycle
5. Request a Document
6. Do the approval process
7. Go to action and do the review
